If you contact us through our help center, which Atlassian hosts for us, we receive only the information you choose to submit. We use it solely to answer your request, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you, and keep it as long as handling the request and, where relevant, defending a legal claim require. Atlassian may process it outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards its privacy policy describes.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights

For a support request, you may ask us through the help center to access, correct, delete, restrict or port it, or object to our processing it; we hold no other personal data about you. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
